  • Intimate garments, including underwear, bras, lingerie, and shapewear, are eligible for return within 15 days of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, any item with ripped or removed tags will be considered ineligible for return.

  • Initiation of Returns

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified return window.

    • Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Return Process:

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

    • Please securely package the item(s) and include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip

  • Inspection and Refunds:

    • All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet our return criteria.

    • If the returned item(s) meet our eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    • If the item(s) do not meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the item(s) will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

  • Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer exchanges for online purchases. Customers may return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

  • Exceptions:

    • Items purchased during promotional periods or final sale events may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
